How can I contact you?

You can contact us through our ‘contact us’ form, via our email sales@ivymaybridal.com or send us a direct message on our social media pages.

How long does delivery take?

All orders will be prepared, packed and dispatched within 3-5 working days and then sent by Royal Mail.

Delivery times via Royal Mail depend on which class you opt for. Usual delivery times to UK mainland are as follows:

Royal Mail 1st Class delivery usually takes around 1-2 days.

Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery usually takes around 3 days.

Please bare in mind, these delivery times can change but this through no responsibility of Ivy May Bridal and is down to Royal Mail.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

We are purely based online but any queries you have on any of the products you see feel free to send us a message and we will be happy to help!

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only delivery to UK addresses but we are looking to change this in the future.

How do I place an order?

We can only accept orders through our website. If you’re having any issues please contact us at sales@ivymaybridal.com

What forms of payment do you accept?

We have 2 options to choose from, you can complete your purchase through your PayPal account or use our Stripe card payment option which accepts the majority of mainstream credit or debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Can I amend an order after it has been placed?

In most cases, we will be able to amend the order, but if the order’s already been processed, then this may not be possible.  Please contact us via email sales@ivymaybridal.com or message us on our Facebook or Instagram page, and we’ll try our best to help.

Do you accept returns?

We are happy to accept the return of our items within 14 days of the delivery date, if the item is faulty or if you have simply changed your mind, as long as it is returned in its original condition with all tags and labels attached. Please get in touch to find out how to return your purchase
